Mobile Terms of Service
Lumiyoo
Last updated: April 13, 2025
The Lumiyoo mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Lumiyoo (“Lumiyoo,” “we,” or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features at any time without notice. To the extent permitted by law, continued use of the Service following any changes to these Mobile Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
Consent and Message Types
By providing your mobile number and consenting to Lumiyoo’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from or on behalf of Lumiyoo. These may include:
• Transactional messages (e.g., order updates, shipping alerts, account notices)
• Promotional messages (e.g., special offers, product launches, cart reminders)
Messages may be sent via an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology, to the number you provided—even if that number is on a state or federal Do Not Call list.
Participation in this program is voluntary. Your consent is not a condition of purchase.
Charges and Carrier Responsibility
Lumiyoo does not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for any message or data rates imposed by your mobile provider. Message frequency may vary. Please check with your wireless carrier for plan details and applicable charges.
The wireless carriers supported by this Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting Out
You may opt out of the Service at any time. To do so:
• Text STOP to +1 (844) 514-1528
• Or click the unsubscribe link (if available) in any SMS message
After you opt out, you’ll receive a one-time confirmation message, and you will no longer receive messages unless you opt back in. If you are subscribed to multiple Lumiyoo mobile programs, you must opt out of each one individually.
Help & Support
For help with the Service, text HELP to +1 (844) 514-1528 or contact us at support@lumiyoo.com.
We may change the phone number or short code used to operate the Service at any time. You acknowledge that messages sent to a retired number or code may not be received, and Lumiyoo is not responsible for honoring opt-out or help requests sent to inactive numbers.
Limitations of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Lumiyoo will not be liable for delayed or undelivered messages, transmission errors, or actions taken in reliance on information provided through the Service.
Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. To learn how we collect and use your personal information, please see our Privacy Policy.
