Our Return Policy
We believe in our products — and we believe in your skin. That’s why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all Lumiyoo purchases.
If you’re not completely happy with your order, we take full responsibility. Whether you tried the product and it didn’t work for your skin, or simply changed your mind — we’re here to make it right.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
1. Email us at support@lumiyoo.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
3. If your return is requested within 14 days of delivery, we’ll provide a free return shipping label.
4. If your return is requested after 14 days, you’re still eligible — we just ask that you cover the return shipping cost.

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
• Opened or used - you're still covered by our return policy.
• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
• Exchanges are available if you’d prefer to try a different product.
• Return shipping is free within the first 14 days; customer-paid after 14 days.
